49th Blue Streak

"I discovered the amazing version of "Foxy Lady" by 49th Blue Streak at the Allentown Record Fair a couple of years ago whilst out there with Mr Thing and DJ Oneofakind. We bumped into Thorsten Wegner from Pure Soul records at the local hotel which was home to most of the serious record dealers in town that week, and it was actually Thorsten's shop in Hamburg where I'd previously found "Karate Chop" by the Tijuana Brass. It's definitely not a rare record but seems to have been overlooked by most people until now." - DJ Format
