The Charlie Parkas

Having found infamy as the leader of the wonderful Alberto Y Lost Trios Paranoias, Chris 'C.P.' Lee created Gerry & The Holograms and then the very short-lived The Charlie Parkas for a one-off ska take on the Robin Hood theme tune. The single was issued in December 1979. C.P. Lee, a rspected British author, broadcaster and lecturer, sadly died in July 2020.
