최혜영

최혜영 (Choi Hae Young) (born in 1963) is a singer from South Korea who rose to fame after releasing her first album in 1983. This album contained her famous song '그것은 인생' (It's a life). Her last album, '97' Blue 최혜영' was released in 1997. She has appeared a few times in different TV Shows since her last release.
