It would appear there are two artists here on Last.fm called Skiff. 1: One of them is the musical handle for a chap named Finn Richardson; a Gloucester, UK, based artist who likes to make classical-inspired electronica tracks. He was once also known as Slippersneakers, but thats all about to change, for Skiff he is. 2: For the other one, no information seems to present itsself. If anyone wants to enlighten the community and add their info here then by all means please do!
