Trae Danage was born Bester Trae Danage in Peoria, Illinois during the early decade of hip hop. Being that he grew up in the Midwest his influences come from all over including all genres of music. The likes of A Tribe Called Quest, NWA, Bob Marley, Micheal Jackson and even the Rolling Stones have played a major role in creating the foundation that has help form this fast rising artist. Trae's music is a refreshing step away from the redundancy that is the current music industry.
