About Grains of Time
Since 1968, the Grains of Time have been harmonizing as the premiere men's a cappella ensemble at North Carolina State University. With a rich tradition of barbershop and men's glee club harmony and repertoire, the Grains have recently recast themselves as a bridge between the collegiate and professional a cappella genres. With a recent trip to the semifinals of the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella and a brand new high-energy live experience, the Grains have reestablished themselves as the forefront of collegiate a cappella.
