Iara Behs

Born in Porto Alegre in southern Brazil, Iara Behs copleted her piano studies there, before continuing her studies at the State Academy for Music in Karlsruhe (Germany), from 1989 onwards. She participated in master-clases and music festivals in both Europe and South America togheter with pianists such as Bruno Canino, Roberto Szidon, Lev Vlasenko, Dinorah Varsi and others.
