About Carnifex
Carnifex is an American deathcore band from San Diego County, California. Formed in 2005, they are currently signed to Sumerian Records after having been signed to Nuclear Blast. They have released nine studio albums and three EPs. Since 2022, the band has consisted of founding members, lead vocalist Scott Ian Lewis and drummer Shawn Cameron, along with rhythm guitarist Cory Arford, bassist Fred Calderon and lead guitarist Neal Tiemann.
