Vikaasa Ramdas

A disciple of Padmashri Mandolin U. Shrinivas and Mandolin U. Rajesh, Vikaasa Ramdas has been learning the mandolin since 2002. from the age of nine. He gave his arangetram at the age of fifteen under the auspices of Shrinivas Institute of World Musique and has performed at various sabhas and temples since then. He has also regularly performed during the December Music Festival in Chennai, at various esteemed sabhas across the city. Ramdas released his first carnatic album "Guru's Feet" in 2013, at the age of nineteen.
