Neuro-sama is an independent vtuber who streams on Twitch. She is not a human streamer herself, but rather a complex set of programs emulating a human streamer using artificial intelligence. She is created and maintained by vedal987, a British programmer. The channel also features Evil Neuro, Neuro's twin sister. Her music career started in early 2023.
