About אנסמבל יעלה
Ya'ala Ensemble is an Israeli group of six musicians based in Jerusalem that plays original music in traditional oriental style. Their music is based mostly on the classic musical traditions of Turkey and Persia, some original melodies and some ancient traditional tunes. The Lyrics are mostly from Jewish liturgy and modern Israeli poetry. All in new and original composing played with traditional instruments. (Oud, Violin, Kanun, Guitar, Saz, Ney, Tombak, Darbukah)
