ビクター ＭＫＩＩ is a beatmaker / producer from Naga City, a small city located south of the Philippines. Known as “Victor” in real life, he mainly makes short lo-fi flavored hip-hop beats inspired by Old school hip-hop beats, Anime & his deep love for the Japanese culture. He often calls these beats “Instrumental short stories” usually filled with not just beats & melodies but also a lot of ambient sounds & short random conversations.
