About Beta Evers
Beta Evers grew up with early New German Wave (1979-82) and the darker side of European New Wave. In her teenage years she founded a freaky girl-combo and started her own record label, at the early age of 16, just to independently release and distribute the music of her combo. After some turbulent years in the underground music business, she took a break from her activism for a while (1990-1995), but remained an obsessed music-lover and passionate record-collector.
