About WEEDKILLER

“WEEDKILLER” is the electro-pop track that “spawned” the whole of the album it interpolates, describing an event that takes place in Ashnikko’s imaginary realm, made up in her brain. The violent lyrics describe a battle in which weapons are drawn and displays the ways in which she wants to eliminate and destroy these “weedkillers,” by photosynthesising and overtaking them. It was originally released as a single in April 2023, but also features on her June 2023 album, WEEDKILLER as the title track. .
