They cornered Edward Teach
And blew his fucking head right off
On Ocracoke Beach
Blackbeard was a pirate, tough as old boots
Sailing round the seven seas, the queens men in pursuit
They caught him off guard, while he was drinking rum
And engaged him with their battleships and guns
Well Blackbeard looked unshaken, he took a swig of grog
It's gonna take much more than that to stop this salty dog!
But in his heart he knew, that in this foreign land
He'd go to battle one last time and make his final stand
He looked to the sky
The jolly roger raised up high
Four words he did say

BLACKBEARD IS MY NAME AND PIRACY IS MY GAME
Many years he'd searched, for evil magic famed
And found an ancient Voudou Queen, bewitchment was her game
He knew his days were numbered, and soon his time would come
By cannonball, or flintlock, or shotgun in the bum
With evil on his side, he set forth once again
Knowing that no force on earth could stop him or his men
And when his death would come, unleashed would be her Spell
And he would claim his throne as the Zombie King of Hell!
