"My Type" is a song by American indie pop band Saint Motel. It was released as the lead single from their EP of the same name in January 2014. This song is about a man who loves all different types of people and has to have them all. Lead singer A/J said he wrote this song after having an argument with a “lady friend” who said that everyone was his type. Two music videos were made for "My Type". The first video was released on January 20, 2014, to coincide with the release of the song's 7" vinyl release. .
