[00:04.75] It is the story of a ficitonal showgirl named Kitty
[00:09.78] And how my character in the song goes to see her perform
[00:13.22] And is completely inspired by her
[00:15.22] But rather than responding with, like, fakeness
[00:18.43] She tells me, she tells it like it is
[00:21.18] And she kind of warns me off of this lifestyle
[00:23.23] Because it's much more than just the glitter and the glamour
[00:26.80] There's a lot else that comes with it
[00:29.52] So, it's kind of an ode to show business
[00:32.74] And the women who move through those pitfalls and obstacle courses
[00:37.88] I thought who better to ask to be a part of this song
[00:40.27] Than the ultimate showgirl, Sabrina Carpenter?
[00:43.45] And thankfully, she said yes, and she's absolutely incredible on this song
[00:47.59] One thing that I really love about the ending of it
[00:49.53] Is that we actually ended the song with actual crowd noise
[00:53.27] From my last Eras Tour show in Vancouver
[00:56.06] So that always chokes me up because
[00:58.15] It transports me right back to that actual memory
[01:01.73] Of standing in that stage for the last time
[01:03.55] On that tour that was so important to me
[01:05.14] And the tour that really inspired this album, so
[01:08.31] It's the last track of the album and a really special one to me
