It reached #1 on the Billboard Modern Rock Tracks chart. The song also charted at #3 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock Tracks chart and reached #30 on the Billboard Hot 100. To date, the song is the only Better Than Ezra song to reach #1 on any chart. Even though the band would remain popular and have other hit singles for more than a decade .
