My Name is Lazarus

[00:11.74] One day, four men brought a crippled man to Jesus
[00:15.46] Still and lifeless, he lay upon his bed
[00:19.91] He had not moved since he was just a baby
[00:23.56] Still he longed to become a normal man
[00:27.18] Now we don't know much about the men that carried
[00:31.76] The corners of his tattered bed that day
[00:36.25] But if we may create an illustration
[00:39.83] We'll see what these men might have had to say
[00:44.34] Suppose that first man said, "I hate to doubt it
[00:47.90] For Jesus touched my eyes when I was blind
[00:52.58] He made me see and there's no doubt about it
[00:57.04] But this man's needs are more serious than mine"
[01:01.59] Suppose that second man said, "No need to bother
[01:05.13] This man's condition will remain the same
[01:08.88] Though Jesus touched my hand when it was withered
[01:13.31] I don't believe He can heal a man so lame"
[01:16.96] Suppose that third man said, "I hate to question
[01:21.55] But no one here is more skeptical than me
[01:26.06] Though Jesus cleansed me when I was a leper
[01:29.62] This helpless man will never walk, you see"
[01:34.15] Then every eye was turned to the fourth man
[01:37.73] To see how he might criticize and doubt
[01:42.32] But all three men were startled with amazement
[01:46.84] When that fourth man stopped and said his name out loud
[01:51.30] He said, "My name is Lazarus, could I testify?
[01:55.01]
[01:57.60] My name is Lazarus, it feels good to be alive
[02:02.21] When I in chains of death was bound
[02:06.72] This man named Jesus called me out
[02:10.33] If you think your little problem is too big for Him to solve
[02:14.89] Take it from the one who's heard the mighty voice of God
[02:18.49] A living testimony of His death-defying touch, my name is Lazarus"
