Play Dead Lyrics

[00:24.09] Oh-oh, oh
[00:27.99]
[00:30.35] Yeah
[00:34.07]
[00:47.56] Darling, stop confusing me with your wishful thinking
[00:59.91] Hopeful embraces, don't you understand?
[01:13.09] I have to go through this
[01:18.37] I belong to here where no one cares and no one loves
[01:25.19] No light, no air to live in
[01:31.01] A place called hate, the city of fear
[01:38.25]
[02:02.10] I play dead
[02:06.10]
[02:09.02] It stops the hurting
[02:13.99] I play dead
[02:19.28]
[02:21.36] And the hurt stops
[02:27.32] It's sometimes just like sleeping
[02:32.53] Curling up inside my private tortures
[02:39.45] I nestle into pain
[02:42.96]
[02:45.10] Hug suffering, caress every ache
[02:51.59]
[03:16.31] I play dead
[03:20.24] It stops the hurting
[03:22.40] I play dead
[03:26.25] It stops the hurting
[03:28.82] I play dead
[03:32.57] It stops the hurting
[03:34.91] I play dead
[03:38.54] It stops the hurting
[03:39.30]
